Activities
Our negotiators eliminated the inequality that left women who, beyond their choice, expelled for maternity protection or fell ill before maternity leave, lost the right to 15 weeks of maternity leave. From now on, these periods are eligible for maternity leave, which means that these women are entitled to 15 weeks of maternity leave. This was made possible by integrating the federal regulation into education regulations.
