Low take-up of parental leave by some teachers due to lack of flexibility in take-up of leave.
Activities
The possibility was introduced to take parental leave for 20% of working hours (80% parental leave). Prior to this it was only possible to take parental leave for 100% or 50% of the time.
Results
Take-up of flexible parental leave has increased.
