Reason it was developed
Students cannot adapt to the school curriculum and school community due to the fact that they cannot communicate either in English or the mother tongue of the country, Turkish. (Northern Cyprus) . Students get demotivated and teachers also have difficulty trying to teach the subject.
Activities
Free language courses to be given to non Turkish & English speaking students
Results
Students will feel a part of the school community and knowing the language of the curriculum will foster academic success
